What’s New at Trinity Medical Centre

Fee structure will change on the 4th of july 2022

To be able to continue with our high quality patient centred care, and to be able to cope with the exponentially rising cost of medical supplies, we have a new fee structure starting on the 4th of July 2022.

As has always been the case, both face to face and Telehealth appointments are charged based on the time spent with your GP during the appointment.

Telehealth will be charged privately and will not be bulk billed anymore.

Chronic care management plans and their reviews will continue to be bulk billed.

Health assessments will continue to be bulk billed.

Concessional card holders and children under 16 will not be bulk billed anymore but charged a discounted fee.

Bulk billing will cease on previously bulk billed procedures inclusive but not restrictive to biopsies, ECG, spirometry, mental health plans, cryosurgery, cautery for diagnosed cancers etc.

Saturday consultations will attract a higher fee compared to weekday consultations.

It is strongly advised to register your family with the Safety Net program to assist with medical expenses. Click HERE for the registration link.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CoronaVirus (COVID-19)

In this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, we thank you all in taking precautions to keep yourselves and others safe, so Australia can get through this disaster together.

In light of these events, the clinic is kindly asking you to stay home if you are suffering from fever, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat and ring us by phone for advice. While you are in the clinic, please minimise touching surfaces, wash your hands and sanitise frequently. Please also adhere to the social distancing measures including standing behind the perspex shields at reception, sitting on the allocated chairs and ensuring only one patient is in with the doctor at any one time, unless accompanied by young children who cannot stay in the playroom unsupervised. If you prefer to wait in the carpark, let the receptionists know and we will kindly advise you when the doctor is ready to see you. We have also removed all toys and magazines for your safety and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We appreciate your cooperation for the safety of us all.
